How to pay less for scans and tests in Kenya
Imaging and lab prices vary widely between facilities. Standalone imaging centres and accredited labs are often cheaper than hospital departments for the same test, and public hospitals cost least but can have long waits. Always check whether the radiologist's report is included, and whether your SHA package or insurer covers the test at that facility.
